Tri-Star ramps up multi-billion-dollar claim against Origin

PRIVATELY held Tri-Star Energy could take 20% of Origin Energy and ConocoPhillips’ oil and gas reserves in Queensland and receive billions of dollars in damages if it wins a legal fight against the Australia Pacific LNG project venture.
