First Tech Australia Pty Ltd increased its relevant interest in Nautronix Limited on 28 August 2002, from 37,432,586 ordinary shares (55.134%) to 47,325,279 ordinary shares (69.705%).

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited became a substantial shareholder in Tap Oil Limited on 30 April 2002 with a relevant interest in the issued share capital of 10,559,252 ordinary shares (6.82%).
