Andrew Shelton, Carnarvon Petroleum;

Andrew Shelton has acquired 40,000 ordinary shares in Carnarvon Petroleum at three cents per share.

Monarch Resources' interest in Anzoil has been cut from 19.56% to 17.68% due to a share placement by the company.

A number of directors in the Australian Pipeline Trust has received shares as part of a distribution investment plan. Robert Wright received 205; Muri Muhammad, 104; James McDonald, 123; John A Fletcher, 41; Les Fisk, 102 and George H Bennett, 307.

Charles William Siller has acquired an additional 2,000,000 shares in Roma Petroleum at 4.5 cents per share and Kenneth John Skirka acquired 333,334 shares. Commonwealth Mining (a subsidiary of Lakes Oil) also increased its share in Roma from 8,789,150 shares (12.56%) to 17,505,252 shares (14.26%).

Grant A King has acquired 500,000 options and Bruce Beeren 275,000 options in Origin Energy with an exercise price of $4.31 expiring five years after issuance on or before 19 December 2008.

Roger Grundy has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in InterOil for a consideration of $US2.75 per share.

Edward John Ellyard has disposed of 400,000 shares in Hardman Resources for a consideration of $382,793 while Alan Burns acquired 800,000 options exercisable at $1.10 each on or before 31 December 2006, Scott Spencer 1,200,000 options and Peter Raven 250,000 options.

Frederick Moir has disposed of 2,000,000 ordinary shares in SDS Corporation for a consideration of $1,100,000.

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has decreased its interest in Australian Worldwide Explorations from 33,091,811 shares (15.11% ) to 38,027,546 shares (14.05%).

Robert Kirtlan has acquired 1,000,000 performance options in Cooper Energy, excerciseable at 25c on or before 31/12/2007.

Impress Ventures has undergone a number of changes with Mobilesoft increasing its interest from 10.376% to 11.995%. Edward Smith & Associates has moved from a 6.71% interest to 9.03%, John Gillon has acquired 3,500,000 ordinary shares at four cents per share; Chris Singleton 2,500,000 shares; Eddie Smith 5,000,000 shares and Douglas Jendry 1,500,000 shares.
