New UN report sounds alarm on climate change progress

A NEW report by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change issued a stern warning yesterday that countries are still not on track to reach their climate mitigation goals and objectives. It added that even if they were on track, humanity could still fall short of the transformative changes needed to avert a climate disaster.
