Caltex Australia sells disused sites, looks to offload more

The sites are part of a disposal of 49 Caltex properties surplus to requirements following the merger with Ampol, said the petrol giant's manager of corporate real estate, Warrick Hobart.

Auctioneer Jones Lang LaSalle is agent for 14 Caltex properties in total and has received more than 400 enquires and issued more than 150 contracts.

Another 10 Caltex properties are due for auction at the end of the month through CB Richard Ellis.
