In a statement CHC said, “[We] will provide one dedicated Sikorsky S-61 and two S-76 aircraft in Baku, Azerbaijan, under the deal.”

“The contract is valued at about US$40 million over the initial three-year period and replaces an existing contract for one S-61 and one S-76 aircraft,” it added.
