The company said: “Over the term of this eighteen month appointment Mr Guglielmo oversaw the company’s production and sales of crude oil increase from 16,000 barrels of oil per month to 82,000 barrels of oil per month and the number of oil and gas fields which the company holds an interest increase from one to six fields.”
The appointment is effective immediately.
