AUSTRALIAN minnow Sacgasco has started the permitting process for a 200% increase in its Sacramento gas production facilities in California, while farming out an additional interest in the imminent Dempsey-1 well to Bombora Natural Energy’s spurned lover, Magnum Gas and Power.
