And today members of the Vic govt's Legislative Council Environment and Planning Committee got down into the weeds of the plan when representatives from some of the key players appeared at a public hearing.

The committee's investigating what's needed to decommission the region and today were presented with a multitude of views from the likes of ExxonMobil Australia, Woodside, NOPSEMA and the MUA.
