Sunshine Gas has gone through more organisational changes with James Hudleston's appointment as the new non-executive chairman, the re-appointment of Anthony Gilby as managing director and the appointment of Christopher Blamey as finance director. Bradley Lingo has now been appointed chief executive officer and Amy Anderson has been appointed commercial manager. It was also announced late last week that two founding directors, John Towner and Jeremy Towner, resigned from the board having played a pivotal role in building the company from its inception.

Kalrez Energy has disappeared from the ASX directory effective today following the company's name change to Lion Energy and will now be listed under the new stock code of LIO.
