Under the natural gas deals, state-run power utility PLN will supply PT Exspan Nusantara (10 years, US$2.60 per MMBTU) and BP West Java Ltd (13 years, US$2.65 per MMBTU).

The state-run oil and gas concern, Pertamina, won the contract to supply three fertiliser plants for up to 15 years at US$2 per MMBTU.

The PSC agreements that were signed were with PT Halmahera Petroleum Ltd (Halmahera offshore oil and gas block), PT Mitra Energy Development Asia & PDA (Biliton offshore block), PT Eksindo Petroleum Tabuhan (Bontang), Tately NV (Palmerah block), Pearl Oil Salawati Limited (West Salawati block) and PT Elnusa Bangkanai Energy Ltd (Bangkanai block).
