The firm has also brought on-stream a water separation and treatment platform in the field.
“Production from the field will be increased to 20,000 b/d of oil with the finalisation of the drilling phase in January 2005. Additional output will be provided by ten new production and injection wells with the separation, treatment, and reinjection of water, which will be handled by a new unmanned, remotely operated platform,” said Total.
