New CCS legislation will spur Western Australian industry, but hurdles remain

The Cook Government of Western Australia (WA) has introduced a carbon capture and storage (CCS) Bill – that proposes to enable the transport and storage of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the state – to the local parliament. While positive news, the sector still faces many hurdles.
