Eastern states boost renewable targets

QUEENSLAND, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory have all announced or refined major renewable energy plans in the recent days, with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews saying Australians feel "betrayed" by prime minister Tony Abbott's recent comments against renewable power.
