Healthy alternative to diesel proposed

COCONUT oil, the viscous substance made from the humble Arecaceae plant that is so pervasive throughout the tropics and subtropics, and more recently enjoying a zeitgeist moment thanks to the dedication of both vegans and adherents to the paleo diet, might find itself the subject of increased competition with new research showing the that using coconut oil to fuel cars could be a healthier alternative to the use of diesel.
