Otto signs on for second well

BYRON Energy has again been thwarted in its plans to test the South Marsh Island salt dome in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico, but despite the plugging and abandoning the well, SM-6-2 farminee Otto Energy has signed up for a second well.
