Bass to acquire Cooper assets, form jv with Beach

BASS Oil has inked an agreement with Cooper Energy to take its non-operated share of Cooper Basin oil assets for A$650,000, giving them a 2P and 2C boost and a joint venture with Beach Energy.

In total the acquisition will increase Bass's 2P reserves by 54,000 barrels and 2C contingent reserves by 200,000 barrels as it takes a series of assets that include one producing field and some exploration...
