Tranter Sales Manager EPC - Australia

Tranter Heat Exchangers are one of the world's pre-eminent manufacturers of Heat Exchanger equipment solutions. They are renowned for their product and service quality, supplying into commercial, industrial and resources sectors.

Hays Sales & Marketing Australia is partnering with Tranter to promote their newly created Sales Manager EPC position. Critical to their organisational restructure, as the EPC Sales Manager you will be focussing on the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors and the related Engineering Procurement and Construction Contractors.

Reporting to the Director of EPC & Global Accounts in Singapore, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical sales plans, achieving sales budgets and developing a sustainable business. This is a client facing role where you will be the single point of contact for clients, providing technical advise and quotations, and ensuring long term relationships are maintained. This is a national role which will develop to include people management as your success provides room for additional sales professionals. You will be supported by Tranter's international Engineering team and a full induction into the business will be provided.

To be considered for this role you will need to have Australian equipment solution sales experience preferably into the Oil & Gas industry. Proven direct solution sales experience with heat exchangers, pumps, valves, pressure vessels, filters, turbines and compressors to the process or Oil & Gas industry will be highly regarded. You will be flexible regarding travel, enjoying the opportunity to plan your months to ensure coverage of the market. As this is a highly technical solution sale to engineering professionals, it is envisaged you will have tertiary qualifications ideally in chemical or mechanical engineering, and a proven sales history of delivering results. Excellent knowledge of Heat Transfer and applications will be ideal for this important position.
